Our professional Martial Arts instruction provides a total body workout suitable to any age. Draco Academy instructors teach life skills to ensure that when students branch out into society, they maintain an understanding of Martial Arts and their philosophies.

HATHA YOGA

First class is half price.

Draco also offers HATHA Yoga at its Homewood location. HATHA is a dynamic form of yoga using many poses linked together by the breath. The sequence is flowing, with an emphasis on building flexibility, strength, energy and serenity. The class is suitable for healthy adults.
